  7. ALS Prolog is an incremental native code compiler for a superset of Edinburg
  8. Prolog, producing the fastest Prolog code on the market.  The system includes
  9. a multiple inheritance object-oriented subsystem, and supports a two-way C
  10. interface enabling both calls from Prolog to C, and from C to Prolog (with
  11. consequent embedability of Prolog programs within C programs).  ALS Prolog
  12. also provides full access to X/Motif, including library calls to all X and
  13. Motif functions.  The ALS Prolog windowed development environment is fully
  14. interactive with a source code trace debugger and other powerful tools.
